Revelation 6:8-10

⁸ And I looked, and behold, ^(A)a pale horse! And its rider's name was Death, and Hades followed him. And they were given authority over a fourth of the earth, to kill ^(B)with sword and with famine and with pestilence and ^(C)by wild beasts of the earth.

⁹ When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under ^(D)the altar ^(E)the souls of those who had been slain ^(F)for the word of God and for ^(G)the witness they had borne. ¹⁰ They cried out with a loud voice, “O Sovereign Lord, ^(H)holy and true, ^(I)how long ^(J)before you will judge and ^(K)avenge our blood on ^(L)those who dwell on the earth?”
